I was just wondering, because a profile said "For a time [Aquaman] was forced to stay within an orphanage where he would meet his arch-nemesis to be, Black Manta, though briefly (brief enough for him not to remember manta's name): he was too sick, near death even, without sea life or the sea itself, and ran away to the ocean to be free.
