Cyborg is asked by his father to investigate the incident on the aircraft carrier. A power surge hits the Watchtower while they are talking. A communications blackout also hits the aircraft carrier at the same time, so Cyborg contacts Batman.
Batman is taking down Scarecrow's gang when Aquaman jumps in to help. Aquaman tells Batman that he's concerned about fish fleeing a large area of the ocean. Mera arrives to tell Aquaman that the fish she checked on are also fleeing. Batman tells Aquaman that he thought they had come about the incident with the aircraft carrier.

Superman and Wonder Woman are enjoying their date when a giant wave, with an aircraft carrier in it, hits Metropolis. The pair race to catch the carrier. While Superman is trying to save people, Lois Lane is swept away. She's rescued by Vulko.
Cyborg reports that Boston and Metropolis were both hit by a tidal wave and that Gotham City is next. Aquaman and Mera recognize the events as following the Atlantean war plans that Aquaman himself wrote as king.

Part 1 of "Throne of Atlantis," crossing over with Aquaman! Can the Justice League band together to battle the forces of Atlantis? And in the backup feature, Shazam comes face to face with Black Adam, and Billy makes a decision that will shock his friends!

Synopsis

After an aircraft carrier's missiles launch at Atlantis, Atlantis attacks the United States.

Summary

A missile test on an aircraft carrier goes wrong, and the missiles are launched at early and off course and hit Atlantis.

Superman and Wonder Woman go on a date incognito.
