Manta enters the United States Army Health Center in Heidelberg, Germany, to find Prisoner-of-War. Manta surprises him, but Prisoner manages to get one of the manacles on his arm and escape out a window, using the abilities of other soldiers. | |||

Back in the States, Mera confronts Shin about his history with Aquaman. Shin says he was rescued by Tom Curry, Aquaman's father, after an expedition went wrong. Years later Curry brought Arthur to Shin to get help understanding Arthur's developing powers. Curry told Shin how Arthur came to be and Shin argued that he should go public with the knowledge that Atlantis exists. Curry cut Shin off, and Shin went public anyway but couldn't prove anything. | |||

Synopsis
Aquaman and Ya'wara fight off Manta's men then go to help Prisoner-of-War while Dr. Shin reveals all Arthur's secrets to Mera.
Summary
