COMMENTS:
I might have enjoyed the cover more if I didn't find both the concept and origin of Piranha Man so incredibly ludicrous. The same problem with all of Battle's art and all of the Horie's coloring is found in this image: it's too dark and too busy. I also dislike the image of the golden hand in this instance. It doesn't connect to his arm like it did before, looking like a glove instead of a prosthetic.
Review of the story will come when I read it. It won't be anytime soon.
