Aquaman #43: Not a total loss, but Millenium Giants does pretty much make this issue 90% missable. Very mildly recommended. $1.95/$2.75Cn

Aquaman "They Might Be Giants": And what are we going to do in case they are? Seriously, the title's more appropriate in the Cervantes sense, because this whole crossover is a windmill-tilting waste, to judge from its effect on this title. There's about three pages of reference to ongoing plots, the entire rest of the book has Cerne stomping around and being fought to no avail. Yawn.
PAD does make a little lemonade with the dung he's handed here, though. The cataclysm shakes up Thierna Na Oge (okay, stomps it flat) and provides grist for more plots with its people. It also gives Spought a chance to shine in a touching way. And the whole Milkweed Giants deal shakes up the lesser gods, giving Triton a chance to recruit some allies from among Arthur's other godly enemies.
Still, if this is any indication of the level of intrusiveness this crossover will have on other titles, those of us who read non-Superman books roped into this are in for a month of deep hurting.
