Death of a King continues as Aquaman uncovers a shocking secret - and a potential ally - that could change everything Arthur's ever known about the Seven Seas! Meanwhile, the armies of the Dead King continue to amass as turmoil within Atlantis mounts threatening Arthur's leadership. Plus, whose side are Murk, Tula and Swatt on? Arthur's...or Orm's?

Synopsis

Aquaman battles the Dead King while Atlantis is attacked.

Summary

Swatt, Murk and Tula steal a truck to reach the prison holding Orm.

In Xebel, Aquaman and the Dead King meet. Aquaman tells the king what he knows of Atlantean history, and the Dead King says much of it is lies. Aquaman frees Mera with the help of sharks distracting the king.

Meanwhile, the Scavenger attacks Atlantis and uses high-tech to map it. In the attack, Vulko is freed and Urn saves his life when the guards try to kill him. Scavenger takes the throne room, but wonders why Aquaman isn't there to defend the city.

Back in Xebel, Mera frees her people while Aquaman battles the king. The Dead King tells Aquaman that he is not the rightful king, because Aquaman is not descended from the Dead King. Arthur's ancestors murdered the Dead King's family. Mera leads the people of Xebel to fight against the Dead King, only to find out that they consider him the real king.
